About Ammon
Ammon is a TRUE TABBY – he has the pronounced M pattern on his forehead, and he is adorable. Ammon is like all kittens, adventurous and loving. Honestly, the amount of love you put into a kitten reflects on their nature as they mature. Ammon has been loved and cared for by his mum cat and by his foster carer so he has so much love to share. He hasn’t hit his kitten stride in racing around the home at a million miles an hour but it’s coming.
Ammon has been:
- tried with children and loves them
- tried with other cats and kittens and loves them
- Untried with dogs – but young enough that with a proper introduction he will get along with them
Ammon is 9 weeks old and his adoption fee of $210 includes:
- Desexing
- Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and worm treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Ammon is available to meet at his foster carer's home in Christie Downs ahead of his desexing appointment. However, social distancing will take place and potential adopters must agree to wear masks if required.
Ammon is to be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure/run.
If you would like to meet Ammon, please contact us with your name, a bit about your family situation, any other pets you may have and any other information you may feel is relevant.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
