About Milo
Milo is super adorable. He has lived with his foster carer since the day he was born. His mum Flake, brother Freddo and sister KitKat have all gone to their new homes, leaving Milo looking for the SUPER AWESOME family that will suit his personality. Milo is a typical kitten in that he has loads of energy, loves to play with toys and run havoc around the house. He exhausts himself and then plops down on his foster mum, rolling over for belly rubs which he loves. With the right family, there is no doubt that Milo will be a lap cat when he is older – right now is a baby cat exploring the world with vigour.
Milo has been:
- tried with children and loves them
- tried with other cats and kittens and loves them
- Untried with dogs – but young enough that with a proper introduction, he will get along with them
Milo is 13 weeks old, and his adoption fee of $210 includes:
- Desexing
- Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and worm treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Milo is available to meet at his foster carer's home in Christie Downs, however social distancing will take place, and potential adopters must agree to wear masks if required.
Milo is to be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure/run.
If you'd like to meet Milo, please contact us with your name, a bit about your family situation, any other pets you have and any other information you may think is relevant.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
