Hello, I’m Azura. It means ‘Sky Blue’ in Spanish. I think it sounds a bit goddess like, which obviously suits me well. I’m a stunning high maintenance petite diva, looking for a human to obsess over.

Im not scared or aggressive towards other animals or small humans, I just feel they take the spotlight from me. I try to render myself indifferent to them at all times.

You see, I find it best to have a person. Just one person. I find by focusing all my attention on one human, they better understand my comprehensive emotional needs and requirements. Please see below:

If you’re sitting, I’d like to be on you.

If it’s cold, I’d like to be cradled by you.

If it’s very cold, I’d like a hot water bottle made by you.

Always provide me with a glass of water of my own, otherwise I will drink yours. I prefer this to the bowl variety of water, that is what the house cats drink.

Please don’t stop patting me should I not be ready, I will slap you in the face. Never with claws though, just with paws.

I like to talk at you. It’s hard to know exactly what I’m saying, so I find it’s best to shout at you endlessly while you caress and fuss and wonder what the matter is.
I eventually fall asleep, but occasionally shout in my sleep as well. Please don’t be alarmed.

I can use the loo perfectly (the house cats call it litter) and enjoy poached chicken and bacon as a rare treat. I do however, detest tuna.

I follow a strict routine and expect that you maintain one too. I like to be fed at the same time, but more importantly I like to go to bed at a similar time each evening so that we can maximize our one on one time together.

Some say I’m a little quirky, the house cats are perplexed by me, but my foster Mum thinks I’m the best. For now she’s my person but she’s keen to hand the reigns to someone else soon.

Foster Mum Susie says- Azura came to us as a teeny, mouse sized kitten who didn’t even have the energy to play. She is now devoted to catching her tail and killing Pom poms. She is very set in her ways but devotes herself to loving someone wholeheartedly.

*PLEASE NOTE - all of our cats are INDOOR only cats and not allowed outside unless in a cat run or supervised on a harness.

Even though we are based in Carnarvon, we have animals located in various locations and we can assist with some transport within Western Australia. Please check location of each animal before applying.
