Hi there, I'm Panther!

I'm new to Greyhound Rescue. Since I arrived at Greysland, I've been finding out about all the good things in life - toys, treats, playtime - and I'm loving it! I can't wait to find out more about what pet life has to offer.

Even though I am named for a fierce jungle cat, my friends at Greysland describe me as a bit of a silly goose! I am a big bouncy ball of fun, who loves to meet all other types of dogs large or small. I love all types of humans too, but I might be a bit too enthusiastic for very little children - I would hate to accidentally knock one over! I am probably best with young teens and up.

In an outrageous slur on my character, the Greysland folk say I am ""a sook"" when it comes to getting injections. I might be known to unleash the Greyhound Scream of Death at the slightest pinch to my skin. Obviously though, having needles is a life-threatening emergency and I was not the slightest bit over-reacting thank you very much!
