About Roger (adoption pending)
Roger is a lovely natured pup who is very affectionate and loves a belly rub. He also loves to play and chase his litter mate Tina and play tug-of-war. Roger is more of a follower than a leader. He is more wiry in stature than some others in the litter and lighter in colour. An all round beautiful pup.
History
Roger is one of a litter of 7 pups born to a beautiful young GSD named Chloe. We did not know Chloe was pregnant when we rescued her in early September 2021 but she gave birth to 3 female and 4 male pups whilst in foster care. We do not know anything about the father dog but, from the appearance and size of the pups, are guessing that he was also a GSD. The pups have had a great start to life, growing up with their litter mates and being so well cared for by Chloe and their foster carer. The pups are now coming to Sydney to find their forever homes. (Note -the photo of the pups with Chloe and the videos were taken some weeks ago, the pups are much larger now.)
Roger and the other pups will only be rehomed to families who have owned strong, large breed dogs before and who are committed to the ongoing socialisation and training of the pup. The pups must also be inside/outside family dogs permitted to sleep inside at night and join in family activities.
Expressions of interest
If you are interested in Roger or one of the other pups, please submit an enquiry with your location (suburb where you live), phone number, a description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long Roger would be left on his own each day, type of fencing etc. - ** Please also include a description of your experience with strong large breed dogs - what breed/s you owned, when and for how long. ** We will then respond.
