NAME: Maverick

BEFORE SAFE ESPERANCE: Was born in foster care after his pregnant mum came to us from the pound.

ASSETS: Confident, boisterous, playful and very affectionate! He loves to be around people and is very sociable. He’s a very vocal boy and will let you know that he’s looking for you.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Maverick loves to play in his cat tunnel and loves his soft bouncy ball as well as any dangling toys he can get his paws on. He loves to snuggle up with you after playtime for an afternoon siesta or a laze in bed.

OTHER ANIMALS: Maverick is a confident boy who could live with other friendly cats after gentle introduction. He could also live with a feline-friendly dog, again after gentle, closely supervised introductions.

OTHER INFO: Maverick is litter trained and very clean. He is flea-treated wormed, microchipped and will be desexed before he goes to his new home.

IDEAL HOME: Maverick would be great in most homes due to his confidence. He will go well with people who will shower him with love while treating him gently and letting him get to know them at his own pace. He would suit a home with gentle, cat-savvy children and will need to be kept as an indoor only cat or have access to a large, secure outside run.
