About Oscar
Meet Oscar!
Oscar is a 6 year old male Labrador x. This sweet and gentle boy is easy going and happy to be with you no matter what you are doing.
He does like to dig and chew a bit so plenty of chew friendly toys and a stimulating environment is a must.
Oscar enjoys a car ride and is happy to get into the car himself. He does pull on the lead when being walked but his previous owners have stated that he walked well on a head harness.
Oscar knows some basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, bed and comes to his name.
He gets along with both dogs and cats and would be best suited to a family with older kids.

Medical notes
Oscar passed his medical examination. The vet has noted that Oscar has Chronic wear on his teeth with pulp exposure evident on some. Owner to monitor.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
