Millie ~ 5mo Kelpie Puppy

Meet adorable Millie. Millie is a 5 Month old Kelpie puppy. She is an affectionate sweet natured girl who loves cuddles with his humans, she plays well with his fur siblings.

Millie loves her people and likes to follow you wherever you go, she needs to be welcomed inside to be with her family. She is a very calm and relaxed girl who is happy to snuggle on the couch or laze around in a nice sunny spot, she has some basic commands and is toilet training.

Millie is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She's met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them.

Millie will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy- training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.

Millie will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion, and playmate as she would be too lonely on her own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.

Millie needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire). Millie won’t suit a home with a cat as she likes to chase them.

Millie is very smart and will do well with owners who are willing to continue her training to provide her with some boundaries. Millie has not been tested with cats or chickens, she can be a little nippy when excited and vocal when wanting attention.

As Millie is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Macquarie and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
