About Neo
Neo is an energetic, funloving puppy who is full of curiosity and mischief. He is affectionate and loving and just wants to be near his family. After chasing balls and having a good run, he loves to snuggle with his humans and will fall asleep on your lap or at your feet happily.
At home he loves to be inside with his family and as long as he is near you he is happy. His tail is constantly wagging - even when he has been a bit naughty he still wants to give you kisses!
Neo’s favourite things are food, chew toys and friends. He loves people – especially kids and also other dogs. He is a regular at the local dog park and makes lots of friends each time. He absolutely loves going out and gets SUPER excited as soon as he sees his lead come out. He travels in the car, though has never been on a long trip.
Neo has grown up with another dog at home and the two got along very well. He has never shown any aggression but he does like to be the Alpha at home, though he is quite submissive with other dogs at the park.
Neo has been regularly walked and taken to off lead dog parks and loves playing with other dogs.
He has been brought up in a family with four children aged 6-13 and is always gentle and responds very well to kids.
Neo is crate trained and puts himself into his crate for bed each night. He wakes early and when let out likes to play and have a chew on whatever toy he has available.
He is fully house trained and sleeps in a crate overnight. If left out of his crate, he may still have ‘accidents’ overnight.
An ideal home for Neo would be one with a family with kids who would enjoy playing with him. He loves being around people, so he would prefer to spend more time indoors. As he likes to be the centre of attention, it may be difficult for him to go to a home with another dog that is very timid.
Neo's adoption is an assisted adoption via PetRescue's Home2Home program. You will be speaking with Neo's owner when you enquire.
Medical notes
Neo has no known medical issues or sensitivities. He had ‘cherry eye’ when he was younger which has been fixed successfully with surgery.

It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of adoption fee. Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
