About Ken DL2757
Ken's foster fam tell us he only has 2 settings; asleep, or 110% in your business. If you’re at his level at any point, you will get a tongue in the ear - no question. And don't think you will ever practice yoga alone!
Ken loves water; hoses, river, puddles, his water bowl. Ken loves balls, especially tennis balls and he uses those in training instead of food since he’s not very food motivated.
Ken loves other dogs and is very conscious of his size when playing/interacting with smaller dogs. He is the only dog at home and this works well for him, especially as he is working on training. He hasn't yet met cats.
Ken has no basic obedience training, but is very keen to learn and has already mastered sit, and learning stay. He is also working on his housetraining. He likes kids, but is pretty jumpy still, which will need some work.
Ken is shy with strangers, but warms up very quickly which is lovely to see. He’s just such a loving dog and wants to be friends with everyone. He is okay with being left alone for periods up to 4 hours based on our sneaky Doggo cam footage (we will be testing longer periods) provided he’s got toys and has been walked.
Ken is a wonderful dog and will make a wonderful companion in the right home. If you'd love to welcome Ken into your life, email DFLadoption@gmail.com to apply.
