About Noodle
Looking for a special someone who will open their heart and home to this gorgeous little boy.
Noodle is a young fun loving cheeky boy who at 8 months old is ready to take on the world!
Noodle has been brought up in care since birth and has always had other dogs around him to play with, chilax with and cause mischief with!
Noodle is a typical daschund who when meeting new people loves to give his opinion on who they are, how they are and basically his views on the world - all in one breath! We are working on this very excitable greeting but it will be something that his new family will need to continue to work on as well.
Noodle is a very confident little daschund who has only ever known love since being born in our care - he has spent the last few months helping us with fosters who have needed some extra loving - however don't let the innocent face fool you he can be a trickster to them and also sometimes show a naughty side if he does not like the other dog.
Noodle is very confident in what he likes and does not like and believes that his word is final! He also loves to cuddle with his humans.
In saying that Noodle is a very confident little guy he is also then sometimes very shy around new people and does take a while to get the courage to come up and say hello to people (sometimes it can be 10 seconds other times it can be 10 minutes) he has his own little quirks and any daschund lover will definitely understand that!
Cats will be a big no for Noodle.
Noodle very much believes that there should be no space or thing off limits to his little sticky beak nose and be prepared that sometimes personal space is not a thing either.
Noodle has gotten accustomed to sleeping in multiple places in the home but his truly favorite spot is to sleep with his human at night in the bed. We highly recommend stairs for him to access the bed, couch etc as his little legs and back are not made for jumping.
Noodle does enjoy having his humans around but could happily be kept occupied with another furbaby for a day or two a week - he would not be suited to full time workers. Noodle will require at least one other furbaby to be his partner in crime!
Noodle is a good eater and there does not seem to be a single food he will not happily eat.
Noodle would prefer a home with children over the age of 8
Noodle is a typical daschund who is excitedly waiting for his furever family.

Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now

Complete the following adoption enquiry link
https://goo.gl/forms/PqpkCcE89ikDR2Lw1
Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 2 week trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 2 week trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
