About Coco
*coco is currently trialling his new home* how does a cutie like coco end up uncollected in our local pound??? all we know is that this adorable snuggle-bunny is now safe with sarg and is looking for a forever home where he’ll be loved and cherished for the rest of his life – no more pounds for coco!
according to coco’s microchip (which he already had when we rescued him) he’s a tibetan spaniel cross and looking at his soft, curly coat there’s a good chance he could be crossed with either a maltese terrier or a poodle or both. He has such a lovely, happy nature and always appears to be smiling and with his stunning dark points it looks like he’s wearing false eyelashes which he bats at you and sucks you in with – he’s just so handsome!
coco is terrific with other dogs and tends to play a more submissive role. He weighs in at 6. 6kgs which makes him a nice size for cuddling in your arms or having on your lap and is quite low-maintenance only needing a short walk or a run around the backyard to use up his energy. Coco will also require some regular brushing and a clip a couple of times a year to keep his coat in tip-top condition. Coco loves human companionship and would benefit from an inside / outside lifestyle in a loving household with either another dog to keep him entertained or where someone is home fairly often so he's not left alone for long periods of time. If coco sounds like the lovin’ little dog you’ve always dreamed of having in your life then please contact sarg for an application now!
please note: we’ve had to use coco’s pound photos to advertise him as the poor boy’s coat is so matted and he had grass-seeds in all 4 paws which the vets have removed (along with the hair on his legs) and they also shaved his ears as they were a mess but no nasty grass-seeds in there thank goodness! once he’s settled in foster care coco will have a really close clip to remove the rest of his dreadlocks – he might look a bit funny until it grows but he’ll be a lot more comfortable!!
