About Beau
Beau (previously Bruiser) is a very handsome, sweet, affectionate, playful and laidback kitten! He loves human company and will be purring, sitting on your lap, and giving you headbutts and kisses! He is a friendly, handsome, loveable, affectionate, playful and laidback kitten!
We changed his name from Bruiser to Beau to reflect his cuddly & cute personality! Handsome Beau has an upside down heart on his face which reflects his loveable and sweet nature! 🥰 He would make the purrrfect addition to a loving family! ❤️
From her foster carer:
Beau is very affectionate and cuddly. He will seek out people to lay with and purrs almost right away. He's a lap cat and will lay next to people in bed while they sleep. He likes to be wherever the people are and will carry his toys over to play around people. He even tries to sit on people's shoulders!
Unlike most of his siblings, Beau shows a lot of interest in meeting and being around a cat-friendly dog!
Beau is ready to fill your home with lots of love! He adores being held, kissed, cuddled, patted and receiving chin scratches and belly rubs. As he is still a kitten, she absolutely loves playing with his kitten siblings, toys, scratching posts and cat tree!
Beau is fully litter trained, happy to travel in a car (in his carrier) and is generally quite adaptable and easygoing.
Ideal family:
Beau would suit a loving family that will give him lots of attention, affection and cuddles.
Beau would love a family that has flexible work arrangements or that has someone home a lot of the time. He would do well with a loving family, who can provide her with her own space initially while settling (e.g. a quiet area or a separate room).
While in foster care Beau has lived with a family of 4 (mum and three children), and is very patient and friendly with children.
Suitability with other cats and pets:
Beau easily makes friends with other kittens and cats! He would love to be adopted with Peaches (they are bonded)!
He has met a cat-friendly dog while in foster care who he really loved! The interactions with this dog were short and supervised, but he really had a lot of interest in dogs! With slow introduction, separate areas and initial supervision Beau would likely be happy to live with any pets.
