About Serena
Hi, my name is Serena, though my foster mum calls me Smudge.
I am the most happiest wee houndie mum has ever met, so she doesn’t really want me to go, but she needs to make space at home, and I’m looking for a place where I can be number one Houndie!
I had a bit of trouble after I got out of racing and they had to take one of my toes off, but that doesn’t stop me. I LOVE going for sniffs so I can meet people and get love.
I am quite a bouncy girl, so maybe NOT best suited to households with small human-puppies, but I don’t want to be an only hound. I would like another 4-legged pal, so I don’t get too anxious when my hoomans go out without me (how dare they!).
I get very excited when I see cats and stuff, so if you have a cat or chooks, maybe your house isn’t for me.
I love to play with toys, spend most of the day ‘roaching’ and will go on my bed and wait when it is food time.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE going in the car – it is so exciting!
I can do stairs as well, cos I is a clever houndie!
I sleep in my own bed, and I have learned how to use the doggy door, so if you want to keep your lounges for nice, I am your hound .
I hope that you will take me home, so I can share in your Christmas unwrapping fun, as I love to rip paper!
