About Ivy and Liam
These are two wonderful little souls that have found each other in foster care and are now ready for adoption as a bonded pair. Ivy was afraid of most things when she first came into foster care. Liam was storm phobic and hated to be left alone for any length of time. Each has helped the other gain confidence and learn how good it is to be a family pet. They interact well with their other housemates, two Great Danes and three other Greyhounds. They are small dog friendly but probably not cat friendly.
They have learned to love walks and are very good at it. They love toys, and now know that it’s great fun to empty a toy box and leave them in every corner of the house. Liam has a passion for running around the garden chasing butterflies, none have, so far, been caught. Ivy loves nothing better than playing bitey face with the Danes, who are puzzled by the boldness of this tiny pocket rocket. They are both great snugglers and love lots of affection.
Liam is very outgoing, and it seems he’s never met a stranger, and treats everyone with the same enthusiasm. Ivy is much more reserved with people she doesn’t know, but is very responsive when she becomes familiar.
They are looking for a home where they won’t be left on their own for too long. Older children would be more suitable, as younger ones may frighten Ivy.
