Bella is a joyous energetic young lady searching for a lively loving family to offer her a new forever home.
With running, walks and fetching balls being among her favourite things, Bella is your typical working dog who loves an active life. She could run up and down the back yard fetching balls or just for fun allllll day.
She enjoys her walks every night when her foster mum comes home, she even helps put herself in the harness so she can get out the door quicker.
During the day when no one is at home Bella spends the day outside chasing shadows and birds or lazing in the sun.
When someone is at home she enjoys being in their company following them around the house or just chilling out on ‘her spot’ in the house. She is very obedient and well behaved, therefore very easy to have around. When she wants to go outside to got to the toilet or for an explore she easily uses the dog door.
Bella is experienced in sleeping inside and out with no trouble. She will go to the toilet on command before sleeping inside so she doesn’t need to go through the night. She will get on and stay on her bed when told.
Bella is always happy and friendly when meeting new humans, she often gets so excited that she jumps on the spot.
She can get a little enthusiastic when she sees other dogs, so she will need a strong confident leader to help guide her to appropriately approach other dogs on lead to find out if she happy to make friends with them.
Bella is looking for a forever home with lots of space to explore, run around and have a bit of a dig. She would love to be able to spend plenty of time in her new humans company.
She is very obedient but will still need a forever family that can offer some time to fine tune her behaviour. A patient and supportive family will be vital for times when she gets nervous in new situations and around loud noises.
Bella would suit a a family with older older children that have a bit of an understanding of dog behaviour, can join in with her training and have plenty of time for play and petting. She can be a bit anxious with small children running around.
