√ older child friendly
x no dogs
x no cats
Nyla is a big lovable girl who wants nothing more than to be close to you, and is always ready to roll over for a stretch and a big belly rub!
She knows all the basic commands, and with regular training (and lots of yummy treats) she will be the goodest girl. She already knows how to sit, drop and wait for her dinner.
Nyla doesn’t need a lot of exercise, but loves a slow stroll. She is excellent in the house, never chewing anything she shouldn’t, and always letting you know if she needs to go outside for a toilet break. She doesn’t bark at the doorbell, but will let you know if there are dogs (or possums!) walking by.
Nyla walks well on lead, but needs a strong and confident handler as sometimes she doesn’t know her own strength. She gets very over-excited when she sees dogs or cats out on walks, so needs regular training to help her keep calm in these situations. Nyla is muzzle trained, so you have extra peace of mind if something unexpected happens out on a walk!
Nyla would love to find a home where she is the only pet, where someone is around more often than not, and a nice quiet yard with not too much foot traffic. She is scared of thunder, so will need a safe and secure space to go if a storm is brewing. Nyla has some medication to help her stay calm during storms if needed.
Nyla would thrive in a home where she knows you’re the boss, and that it’s your job to keep her safe, happy and calm. She really is the sweetest, cuddliest girl who loves people so much.
Medical notes
Nyla has anxiety medication for storms, if required.
