If you’re on the market for a loyal and fun companion, I’m your guy! I am full of character and have a big grin and one ear that just won't stand up, the humans say it's cute.

I’m pretty chilled out, I love my daily walks, toys and become a big fluffy couch potato at night. Apparently I'd make a good running, hiking or bike riding buddy. I do like to go out and explore with the humans.

For the first few minutes of a walk, I am loving life and all it’s offering, but after a little while I chill back out. I like to say hi to everyone I meet (human and animal) and am still learning that it’s not okay to hug strangers (or family), even if I do give them my biggest smile.

I’m still nailing down the basic commands (food is a great motivator for me), so my new family will need to continue solidifying all my skills. Sometimes I forget I can't jump and chew on the humans like I can with other dogs and I try it with the people- they don't seem to enjoy it, not sure why. My people say I will need further help to make sure I understand what the humans do like me to do with them.

I’m toilet trained, using a doggie door or else I’ll just sit silently at the back door and wait to be let out. I sleep in my own room at my foster home and have never had any accidents inside, but would love to upgrade to a doggy bed in my people's room.

I am a pretty independent guy who will sleep / play happily by myself, but if you have another dog in your home, we will get along really well!
