About Beau
Meet Beau, 1.5 yr old staffy x looking for his forever home. Beau was surrendered as his owner is currently incassarated and unfortunately relatives were unable to look after him. This boy loves people and will be your best bud. He likes running around playing with squeaky toys or just hanging out with the family. He needs to be part of your everyday life and be allowed inside as he does have mild separation anxiety and will bark if he can see you but can’t be with you. He is friendly with other dogs however he previously lived with several undesexed dogs (he was undesexed himself at the time) in a backyard breeding situation and can get protective over his food or toys. Hence we recommend for him to be rehomed as an only dog at this point. Beau can sit however he gets excited and pulls on lead when walking so would benefit from training to become a well balanced and socialised boy. He will require a secure fenced yard as he was previously allowed to roam the neighbourhood…

If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the foster carers home or at a convenient location.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
