Hi! I'm Banjo and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

What I need in my new home:
• BREED KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• A doggie playmate would be great but I am a very playful and boisterous boy, so I need a friend who will match my energy levels.
• A doggie playmate would be great, if not then lots of socialising with
• I like both friendly male and female dogs
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• No young children as when I'm excited I get very bouncy, older children who will be involved with my training should be ok.
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare and have previously spent time at the local doggie day care place and loved it
• I am a clever, young and active doggo - I would be great for dog training, trick training, agility
• NO CATS, I find them way too exciting and will bark at them
• Being an active breed I have a lot of energy so an active family is a must!

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Small children due to being a very bouncy boy when excited
• Cats or small animals as I may find them fun to chase

My best features:
• Very playful
• Wiggle butt
• I can sit on command
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Happy to hang out with other dogs
• Social butterfly
• I am clever and eager to learn so would love a family who will teach me some cool tricks.
• I love attention, hugs, and kisses
• Love to snooze on the couch
• Exuberant & full of beans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• I can be strong on the lead - training and walking me in a halti or harness may stop this

ANY EXISTING DOGS AT HOME MUST COME TO THE SHELTER TO MEET BANJO BEFORE AN ADOPTION CAN BE APPROVED
