**saleena is trialling her new home**

saleena is an absolutely gorgeous dog! how can you resist those gorgeous chocolate brown eyes! she is the perfect mix of being active when out and about, but also relaxed and calm around the house. She likes to follow me around the house watching what i am doing, and then likes nothing better than to have a relaxing evening lying in her bed at our feet whilst we watch the tv. Saleena is happy to walk for anything up to an hour. She likes to trot on the walk and will run around and play fetch. She is pretty fast when she whizzes around! she is happy to sit quietly at the park whilst we watch my son play and has no problem walking next to a bike or a pram. She is happy to sit quietly whilst we get coffee during a walk too! she loves other small dogs but is not so sure about overly boisterous large dogs!

she will sit sat very nicely whilst being groomed and really likes a massage when you have finished brushing her! as you would expect she wasn’t overly impressed with the shower that i had to give her but she begrudgingly let me wash her without showing any signs of panic or fear. I think saleena would probably be a bit lonely if she had to spend long periods of time on her own. She came from a house with other dogs so i think she would enjoy the company of another small dog or would do well with a family that has a stay at home parent. She would also make a very good companion for someone older (who is still active) or who lives alone or maybe a retired couple. She’s a pretty good all rounder!

i would say saleena is a very well behaved, very loving little dog. Very easy to fall in love with! my family adore her!
