About Stanley
Stanley needs a foster or foster to adopt family! He is a very sweet and loving boy that is looking for a family to call his own!
He is a long-haired (approx 1 year old) brown & white tabby with a very friendly temperament 😻
He is a very sweet, and cuddly kitty. He is very friendly with adults, children & other cats/kittens! 💖
He has been living, eating and sleeping at one of our foster carers’ homes, for several weeks, and hasn’t left/gone back home. Unfortunately, this foster family can’t keep Stanley as they are already fostering 6 kittens + have 3 cats of their own.
Due to Stanley’s very friendly nature and desire to live indoors, with a family, we assume he has gotten lost! Unfortunately, he has no microchip and is not neutered. We have extensively searched for his family (posters, flyers, online, word of mouth, vets, other rescues) but have had no luck! ☹️
So it’s time for Stanley to find his new furrever family! ❤️😻
Medical notes
As with all our pets, all vet work will be completed prior to adoption.
He has been to the vet for a checkup and has received flea & worming treatments.
Adoption details
Adoption Process:
The adoption process is quite simple and easy :)
1) Complete the adoption enquiry/expression of interest form -
2) The pet’s foster carer, will contact you to schedule a time to do a video call.
We usually also recommend doing an in-person meeting, however, due to the current lockdown we, unfortunately, have to limit in-person meetings.
We still want your adoption to be the best experience, so we do our best to cater to your needs and wants as much as possible!
3) If all goes well, and both you and the foster carer are happy.
We will contact you to conduct a home check of your home/property via video call. This is just to ensure your home is a safe environment for the desired pet.
4) Once approved, you will be emailed a link to sign our Adoption Agreement, complete ownership transfer papers and make your adoption donation.
5) Once we receive all your completed paperwork and donation the foster carer will contact you to arrange a time to collect your new furry family member!
6) All Rescue Cat Crew pets have a two week trial (this trial can be extended dependant on the pet and your situation) in your home.
7) After the trial, if you are happy to adopt the pet
We will provide the council with the change of ownership Forms and desexing certificate. The council will then send you a Certificate of Identification within 2 weeks. We will also forward any vet paperwork (desexing and vaccination certificates, health history), as well as the completed transfer of ownership form which has been sent to the council.
Note - if at any time after adoption you are unable to care for the pet please contact us and we will take the pet back into our care.
