About Hunter
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR FOSTER CARE
Hunter | Male | 8yrs old | Siberian Husky Located Melb
Hunters’ owners are having to relocate overseas and want to find this gorgeous boy a great home. We only have a couple of weeks to secure this darling boy a new home.
Hunter is very fluffy, loving, friendly and approachable boy who loves his pats and belly rubs. He loves long walks on the beach and is very sociable with children, adults and other dogs alike.
Want to win this lad over? He loves to play with squeaky toys, take long naps, lots of cuddles, belly rubs and paw shakes. Just between us, if you foster or adopt Hunter, get to for him to fall asleep in your lap and make funny faces.
Hunter adores the dog park, and you can find him jumping into the mud, playing in puddles and running around with other dogs. He absolutely loves having the freedom to run at his own pace and be surrounded by other dogs.
Hunter is good with walks - he does pull a bit at the start and will try and run - and after about a minute or two he will settle. He will sit and stop (if you ask him to as a command) before crossing the road. Hunter is able to sit, stay and lie down. He can also be called if you whistle. He’s also good about off limits areas of the house.
Hunter likes to speak his mind and lets you know when there’s a beeping noise like laundry being finished or if the phone is ringing. He loves to howl with squeaky toys or if he's saying good morning or happy to see you it is a very endearing. He also howls if he's excited to get food.
Hunter is looking for a new family that will allow him indoors to share your life and couch with him. Not suited to cats or pocket pets 5ft + secure dig proof fencing He’d love a similar sized doggy companion, or happy to be on his own. Access to go in or out at his leisure, and lots of love and exercise.
