Requirements:
✅ A loving, calm home where he can live out his older years as part of the family.
✅ Great with dogs, cats and gentle, dog savvy kids
✅ Needs to be in a home where someone is around a lot
✅ An environment where Hickory will have a daily walk

Hickory is a gentle, affectionate, perfectly behaved dog.

He loves human company and just wants to be where you are. He loves to be pat and cuddled. He sleeps a lot during the day on his bed inside, usually where he can see you and is fully house trained.

He has signs of arthritis in his back legs but aside from not being able to jump up onto things anymore, still runs around excitedly when you get home or when he is going for a daily walk which he loves and is really important to keep him moving.

He is great on the lead, he pulls a little to begin with but settles after a few minutes. He is great with dogs and cats and gentle kids. He needs to sleep inside close to you at night. Take him to the toilet before bed and you will not hear a peep out of him until the morning, he usually waits for you to wake up first.

He would suit a home with or without other pets. Hickory is a beautiful older boy who needs to live out his later years with all the love and happiness that he deserves. Hickory oesn’t like thunder and lightening
