Claudia

CLAUDIA is a young adult female with crystal blue eyes, gorgeous coat colouring and very unusual markings. Stunning from tip to tail, we can't decide what genes she carries.

With her blue eyes, white body and darker points on ears, face, legs and tail, she could be a Snowshoe, a cross between a Siamese and an American Shorthair, but the only thing we know for sure is that she's very attractive and very unusual. For the purposes of this profile, we're calling her an "Oriental mix".

Freshly rescued from the pound, Claudia is timid and shy, but in the hands of a clever cat lover with knowledge and time to earn her trust, we are confident she will make a delightful feline companion. She's already made great strides in the short time she's been with us.

A gentle girl, Claudia does not bite or scratch. She loves to be nursed and have her tummy and chin scratched, but if there's a sudden noise, she's out of your arms as quick as a flash. Because she's noise sensitive, preference will be given to a quiet adults-only home.

She is cat-friendly, but has had only indirect contact with dogs. She's had no exposure to children.

Claudia's adoption fee is $350 and she will be desexed, vaccinated and microchipped in mid to late February, following which she will be available for adoption. She lives inside exclusively and is litter-trained.
