About Max
Max LOVES being with humans, other dogs, children, anything that will give him attention!
Everywhere he goes people want to pat him and he loves it! Talk about an attention hog!! He does need a lot of love, commitment and cuddles. He likes to chew flowers and grass and can be a little boisterous when he wants to play but that's only because he's still young.
Max will do best in a home with a big garden or yard to play around in and a good run per day off lead - he is a bullet when he runs and enjoys really stretching those long legs. He would suit living with another friendly & playful dog or just on his own in a house with space and a garden/ yard and his family home most days. He's not suited to be left on his own all day and currently goes to work every day with his people, so he's not on his own much.
He loves kids (his human sister is 4 years old and he adores her and is gentle but we're really looking for a home without young kids at this stage.
Max will need an experienced dog home that can continue to instill good training and have the time and capacity to ensure he's given the right amount of physical and mental stimulation to keep him happy & engaged. An active family that will include him in their lifestyle & outings will be ideal.
Overall, Max is a very friendly large male dog weighing around 45kg, well trained and healthy, who is also beautiful, goofy, friendly, happy and cuddly.
Due to the recent Covid closures on small businesses, his family are moving to New Zealand and things are very uncertain for them. They have decided it's in his best interest to find a new forever home instead of moving me several times.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
