About Fergus (on trial 27/11/2021)
Fergus is a 2 year old beautiful chunky ginger boy. He was found by a local ranger and unfortunately no owners were able to be located for him. He’s only been in DRN care for a short while but has won over our hearts because he’s so cuddly, affectionate and playful.
-Likes to be picked up and cuddled like a baby
-Will lie down at your feet to demand belly rubs
-Loves sleeping curled up in your arms or on your lap
-Very docile when being picked up and petted, would be fine to live with young children
-Is pretty lazy so should be fine if his owners worked during the day
-Has a big appetite and isn’t fussy (will eat any food you give him immediately!)
-Has been a solo cat during his time in foster care but due to his sweet temperament we think he would be fine with another cat with a slow introduction
-Unsure of his attitude to dogs but due to his docile and friendly nature a cat friendly dog may be tolerated
-Is an inside only cat
-Will be desexed, microchipped and vaccinated when adopted which is all included in his $150 adoption fee
-Lives in Newcastle and is waiting for someone to fill out an application!
