Geronimo & Koby ❤❤

Introducing Koby and Geronimo, also known as Mo for short!

Mates always stay together and these two handsome mature friends with hearts just as beautiful are a prime example. They met as adults, became best mates and are now looking for a home together.

Mo comes from a large colony of cats with some suspected Maine Coon influence down the track. He met Koby in foster care, and seeing the bond they formed, their carers decided to find them a home together. They were happily adopted, but life changed, and after two years in the home that was to be their forever, through no fault of their own, Mo & Koby found themselves back at the rescue.

Let's start with Koby, our solid blue boy. Beyond his Russian Blue look-alike exterior, he has a heart of gold and wants to befriend everyone he meets. Koby is quick to charm with his friendliness and curiosity, and his great love for toys and food. Like most cats (and humans), Koby may want some time to build his trust and confidence around people, but the patience will be rewarded by his trust and loyal companionship.

Mo is the calm one of the two. He earned his name Geronimo with his fluffy-maned teddy bear looks. He's calm and composed but despite his quiet demeanour, Mo has a big presence. He comfortably keeps you company, on his perch on the couch or bed. He's a goofball in disguise, his playful side surfaces with a toy.

Together, Koby and Geronimo are a dream team. You will never have to worry about them being lonely because they are equally comfortable snuggled up together in a sunspot, as they are independently exploring their surroundings or joining in the play. These two gentlemen are low-maintenance and polite, only asserting themselves when there are treats to be shared or toys to engage with.

Koby and Geronimo are most suited to a home with a single person or couple, or a family with teenage children. They are untested with dogs, and if you have a feline friendly dog, we are happy to start the adoption with an extended trial period to see if they get along in their new surroundings. In this kind of home, with loving people to call their family, these two are sure to fill the hearts with joy 💙
