Artoo's the name and Star Wars is the game, not really but I am a great protector and defender like all those characters. I'm a four year old cattle dog off a working farm and I can do the job I was born to do. I'm sweet, affectionate, loyal to my handler and a great asset to have around.

I'm looking to get back to the farming life if that's possible but if not, I can settle in suburbia if you are willing to exercise my mind and my body because I am full of energy and need to burn it off every day. Prefer a new owner who understands Cattle Dogs because I am very typical of this unique breed with my herding and loyalty to my handler.
You can go running with me, I can go bush walking off lead with you so easily because my recall is totally on point. I have basic training but I am super clever so if you can teach me more tricks, I will totally be up for that.

I have a strong prey drive so not really suited to a house with cats, chooks or other small animals that are not locked away. I love the beach, so happy to get a huge run in along the foreshore. I'm great with other dogs and can play for hours but I must be top dog, I do not like to be challenged, just the happy playful life for me please. I don't ask for much but I am super affectionate so all the love you can give is all that I willingly will take. I am happy to be outside during the day, give me a sheltered patio and a dog bed and I'm good. At night I prefer to be inside and am crate trained for my own security, cant be chasing possums everywhere hehe.

My walking on lead is ok and there is room for improvement, off lead is great as my recall is excellent. I have basic sit, drop, stay done and dusted and would love to learn more. I travel really well in both the car and on a ute tray, even on the back of a farm trike. I'm so good at learning that you will be able to teach me exactly how I can be a part of your life and help you to be confident with me at your side.
