About Rocky
ROCKY | 10 yrs old | Siberian Husky
Located Melb
Arrrr me hearties! We have a truly lovely one-eyed husky chap who is looking for a home through no fault of his own. Rocky has been treated for glaucoma, had his blind eye removed, and is now a happy, healthy and comfortable cute little pirate dog. His other eye is good as gold.
Rocky is a handsome, loveable and very clever husky boy. He has a beautiful, gentle nature and responds very well to positive reinforcement and treats with training. He sits on command and will shake/high-five too... his carers are still working on ‘wait’ because he gets so excited and is full of beans, but you definitely can teach this old dog some new tricks!
Rocky is a bit of an outdoorsman but always comes inside at night to sleep and loves to cuddle up on the couch or in the dog bed.
He loves to chat and remind you when it’s time for a walk or for dinner. Rocky also walks great on lead and maintains a good pace on a jog or run and would be absolutely ideal with an active family!
He loves to join adventures such as nature walks or visiting the beach and gosh does he love car-rides! He’s friendly towards other dogs, and loves people.
Rocky is very energetic and needs an active family who will exercise him every day, keep him entertained and include him in their family adventures.
Rocky just wants a home with plenty of love and exercise and a canine gf
would be great
The usual husky rules apply, with no cats or pocket pets, and very secure gates and fences. He’d love a similar sized doggy companion, access to go in or out at his leisure, and lots of love and exercise. This beautiful pirate has lots of energy, life and love to give.
