I’m Ayla and I’m a big softy who loves affection and cuddles. I may be 5 years old but really I’m just a big puppy.
My first few days at my foster home I went a little crazy and I was hearing a lot of “no’s, don’t do that, stop that and get off” when I was inside. I have since settled and now get told I’m a good girl and I get to be inside with my foster mum more, which I like. I’m also well behaved outside and I’m quite happy to be out there even while my foster mum is at work.
I’m pretty good on a lead if I’m wearing my face halti otherwise I tend to pull a lot. I’m very good at sitting and I will often do it when out walking while we wait for cars to pass. I don’t have the best recall as my nose gets very excited by all the things to sniff I do come back but it just takes me awhile but I’m learning and I am getting better. Im a very sociable girl with other dogs and humans but if I can see other dogs that I can’t play with I will make a bit of noise as I just want to go say hello.
Overall I’m a very happy girl. I have a lot to learn still, but I’m a fast learner. When I find my forever home I just ask that you’re patience with me as I take my time to settle in to my new home. Also I love the beach.
