Ben

Hi my name is Ben, I am a 3 year old, Male Sulfur Crested Cockatoo.

I was recently surrendered to the RSPCA as I was not getting along with my owners cats and dog, But I love humans and will happily sit close by listen to you and even repeat some words, I can even ask you for a "scratch" when I want a neck rub or a massage under my wings.

I also must have a large bird aviary so I am able to spread my wings and fly from perch to perch. I love having things to do and love chewing things so please give me enrichment and branches in my enclosure ( need to make sure the type of branches are safe for me).

I can be particularly loud at times so please keep this in mind if you have neighbors close by, and I have a particularly long life span (100 years), I would hate for there to come a time if my human passes away and I have no one to care for me.
