š½šMEET INDIANA šš½
Hello there, my soon to be fam! My name is Indiana, or more commonly known by my Foster Mum as āIndiā. Iām searching to find my very own fur-ever family. Could it be with you?!
Iāve been in foster care for a few months now. It all started when I found myself lost and alone returning to a lovely ladyās home for yummy food. She soon realised that I was lost and reached out to the Angels for help. Luckily, she did, because just two weeks later, I gave birth to three beautiful healthy little babies. My Foster Mumma says I did a wonderful job in raising them and that I was the sweetest and most caring Mummy.
Nature
Iām a very sweet-natured, petite little kitty. Just take a look at my face, isnāt it the sweetest?! I can be a little shy and sometimes get slightly nervous around new humans and situations until I get used to them. Sometimes if I am a little worried or stressed, I may give you a little nip, but donāt worry, my Foster Mum says I would never intentionally try to hurt somebody. Iām getting better each day at trusting my humans, who can blame me right? After all I didnāt have the greatest start to life. I absolutely LOVE, and I mean loveeeee chin rubs! You can rub my chin all day, everydayā¦ I wonāt say no to that! š»
I love to spend most of my time sleeping on the very top of the cat tower or observing the nature in the park out of the window. Iām getting use to pats and I do like them, you might event be able to get my purr motor started which is the sweetest little noise. I donāt mind being picked up for a cuddle either, in fact I sometimes even hug my Foster Mum with my two arms around her shoulders, but Iāll let you know once Iād like to hop down. I will also lay on her chest while she strokes me which I like too.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I currently live with a few other cats, who I will tolerate. I donāt think I need another kitty friend in my new home, I think Iād be quite happy to be the queen of my own castle. However, if you do have a calm feline that isnāt fussed by other kitties and is happy to do their own thing, then I should be OK as long as we have the correct slow introductions.
I donāt currently live with any dogs, so Iām
unsure how I would go with them. But I think my ideal home would be a nice quiet and calm one as I can get a little stressed and anxious sometimes, so probably no woofers for me! The same goes for little kids, they will be a bit too stressful for me, so older kids only, paw-lease.
Likes / Dislikes
Did I mention chin rubs yet?! Oh, well, chin rubs are just paw-esome! I love my food as well; I currently have wet food morning and night with biscuits and fresh water available to me 24/7. Oh, and Dine Creamy Treats, oh boy are they delicious and definitely the way to my heart! Iām also a pro at using my litter tray, so big tick there! ā
I donāt have many dislikes on my list! In fact, I canāt really think of any. Sometimes loud and sudden noises / movements may scare me a little, but I will soon return once they go away.
My PURR-fect home would be with a human or two that can provide endless love to me fur-ever! I am really enjoying the indoor life now and really want to be spoilt by my humans. I would really like a calm and quiet home with people who can be patient with me and give me space and time while I settle in and get use to my new surroundings and learn to trust you.
If you would like to apply to adopt Indiana please come and meet her at PETstock Mandurah adoption event this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. She will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.
