About Ziggy
Introducing Ziggy
Unfortunately life hasn’t been kind so far for sweet Ziggy.
She came to care with no training and very little handling. Despite this, she is such a clever happy girl, that with a little TLC and some guidance, she is starting to blossom.
Ziggy can be a little shy at first when she meets new people and new dogs, but her love of companionship wins out pretty quickly with people.
Ziggy hasn’t been in foster care for long but in the small amount of time she’s has been she is already showing that she is keen to learn.
Ziggy has proven herself to be a very quick learner with her lead skills and manners which are improving every day.
Ziggy will need to be an indoor/outdoor dog as she doesn’t like to be separated from her humans too long and is still at that puppy stage where she can become destructive if left to her own devices.
REQUIREMENTS-
•You MUST have a secure yard with high fencing all around the yard/property.
• Outside undercover shelter patio/pergola.
• Medium to large sized yards.
• Must have someone home during the day.
• On going obedience training is a must.
SUITABLE HOME-
Ziggy would be fine as an only dog but she would definitely love a dog friend for company
(Male dog only)
No cats. She will chase them for fun.
No small children under the age of 5.
She lives children but still learning how to act around them when excited.

* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal aswell.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals we adopt out.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption and if all goes well that same day, they can adopt on the spot.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed

The site is ran by volunteers who also have work and families of their own.
