About Porky ~ Mixed Breed Puppy(Rev. Apps 20/11/21)
Pork Chop, otherwise known as Porky is a sweet and snuggly 9 week old mixed breed who has plenty of love to give.
Porky loves people and has a sweet and gentle nature. He loves playing with toys and his foster brothers but is just as happy to snuggle up with you for a nap. Porky’s exact breed mix is unknown, we believe he may have some cattle dog mixed in with potentially a larger breed.
Porky is working hard on his toilet training but it is still a work in progress and he needs a family committed to his ongoing training as he grows into an adult. We recommend puppy school for all our puppies to begin socialising and learning new skills.
Porky may be a small puppy now, but he is expected to grow into a medium or potentially large dog with lots of energy. He is looking for a family who understand this and are committed to his ongoing training and exercise requirements.
Porky is friendly with other dogs and would be happy with a furry sibling, however would also be ok as an only dog if there was someone home most of the time. He is not tested with cats or other pocket pets. Porky is currently an inside dog and must be allowed inside in his new home. Pickles needs secure fencing with no gaps that a little puppy could squeeze through.
As Porky is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens as he will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he is approximately 5 months old. We will not allow interstate or out of area adoption.
To register your interest in adopting Porky, you can fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt or for more information please contact Darcy at darcy.drn@outlook.com
Porky’s adoption fee is $700 and he is microchipped, has had his first puppy vaccination, and treated for fleas and worms. Porky is currently in foster care in Maitland, NSW.
