About Mayo

Beautiful little Mayo has the most relaxed, laidback personality - he's happy to join in any adventures that come his way! While curious about the world he never strays too far from your side, and often comes back to rest against you for a cuddle :)
With just the smallest of pats, Mayo's loud purr revs straight into action! He adores a good romp and wrestle with his brother and sister, and is always the last to be stalking and pouncing in the toy box well after his siblings have gone off for a snooze... <3
Like all Maggie's pets, Mayo is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will have lots of indoor space for me to play and run around in. I'd adapt quickly to most types of cat-loving households and would love a friendly feline pal to play with!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I definitely enjoy jumping, chasing and sprinting full-pelt through the house - but when I'm in the mood, I also love snuggling up in a nice warm lap while my foster parents work :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm still a tiny baby who requires careful handling, but I'm very friendly and like meeting new people of any size!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I've grown up with my brother and sister, but haven't had the chance to meet any other pets. I'm really easygoing though - so I reckon a furry playmate would be purrfect!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
