About Zesty
Zesty is a large pup, who some may find a bit of a handful, but if you love big dogs, you will love her.
She is a big energetic goof ball, who has been let down by her first owners as she has been taught no manners or good behaviours, The potential is there, it just has to be brought out with training. People blame the dog for being to exuberant, but she knows no other way.
Dogs like Zesty are always left waiting, they start out as cute little puppies, who are indulged & get away with everything with no thought of training or teaching her how to behave.
Suddenly she still has the puppy brain but is the size of a a large dog ( they grow so fast) & they are to much of a problem, so dumped at the nearest pound or just left to roam the streets & fend for themselves.
Zesty has so much love to give & so much enthusiasm with that love, & continually her heart is broken because she is still young & silly & no one can be bothered with her.
She wants to be everybody's best friend, & she loves people & gets on well with other dogs, she just needs a chance to prove herself.
Hopefully she will get that chance....
Adoption details
If you would like to adopt a country pet there are a few requirements.
A chat with the foster carer is the first step to determine if the pet is the right one for you and your lifrstyle. A yard check while having a meet and greet is the next step and if all is satisfactory for all parties the adoption can go ahead.
The perfect home for each individual pet is essential, and the decision about which new home the pet goes to is made by the foster carer.
