• Dog and child friendly
• A home where Elwood will have ongoing training to ensure he continues to be the best boy he an be
• An active playful fun loving resident dog or humans who are home the majority of time
• Not tested with cats

Elwood is such a beautiful boy who loves nothing better than to be with his humans and get as many pats as he can. He loves kids, his toys, and wants to play with every dog he meets.

He is quite strong and at times shows some dominance when playing, but will back off when the other dog lets him know enough is enough. His resident foster sister is a 13 year old spoodle and is not at all interested in playing, but will share her bed and we have had no issues. Elwood will play with another willing dog until he falls down exhausted. Elwood loves to go for a walk and is quite good on lead but when another dog approaches he gets excited, so he will benefit from more training.

Elwood knows how to sit and wait. His new home would preferably have someone home most of the time, or have another dog to play with.
