Ruby

Ruby is a 10 month old red Australian Cattle Dog cross. She is an energetic, fun loving girl who wants nothing more than to follow you around all day, everyday!

Ruby is great with other dogs and loves all people. She is extremely loyal and friendly and can get very excited when she first sees someone. She is still learning some manners but can ‘sit’ and walks nicely on lead. She will benefit from an experienced working breed owner and further training to refine her skills.

Ruby can get anxious when left alone and needs high, secure fencing. She is best suited to a home where someone will be around a lot and will have time to spend with her. If you work from home or can take Ruby to work with you, she would be very happy! She is not a dog who will do well left alone in a backyard by herself for long periods of time. While older kids are fine, she is too boisterous for small kids and may accidentally knock them over. She is suited to a home with or without another dog, and is fine with cats. Ruby is not suitable to live with chickens or pocket pets.
