Meet Shenzi the adorable 9 week old Kelpie x Staffy pup.

This sweet girl and her siblings were affectionately named after the trio of spotted hyenas from The Lion King movie. She is an adventurous little tomgirl who loves to rough and tumble with her brothers and does the best zoomies around the backyard for hours on end! She wants to be involved in everything and loves playing with dog-savvy kids and other playful dogs.

After all that running around, she is very happy to have a good long cuddle up on the couch next to her humans while they watch a good movie (she is a BIG fan of couch cuddle time, pats and food)!

Puppy school and ongoing training is vital for this clever pup's mental and physical needs, so Shenzi's adoption fee includes a 5 week course of puppy school at the SCAR shelter.

**Application Process**

When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption canter in Craigieburn. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you.
