About Frankie
Frankie is a gorgeous young girl. She is always happy and playful. She is at the cute gangly stage and loves to bounce around.
She has been wonderful with all the dogs she has met in care, from a "small fluffy" to a grumpy, much larger dog.
At a young age, Frankie sustained a fracture in her front leg. It was not treated, so it has healed in a deviated position. She readily bears weight on it, but will favour it on occasion.
It has been X-rayed periodically over the past 3 months and it has now healed.
Managed correctly - with an appropriate level of exercise, maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding high impact activities - Frankie can lead a healthy, active life.
We are happy to discuss the vet advice we've received, including the worse case future scenario (which still provides her with a great quality of life).
Plus, her X-rays can be provided to a prospective adopter for independent assessment by their own vet.
This gorgeous girl is in care in western Sydney.
