About Tala

Tala is a very affectionate, confident, chatty girl who loves all people! She absolutely adores her humans, following them around whilst demanding pats and cuddles as she goes!
After a tough start in life and being a young mom, Tala is now ready for peace and quiet, lots of love - and some fun mixed in :) The kids have flown the coup and she is ready to be a kitten again!
Like all Maggie's pets, Tala is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Because of my love of company, I will need a home where someone is home a lot during the day. When I am comfortable in my new home and you go out, I will greet you by jumping in to your arms for cuddles on your return!
I would be happy with a busy or quiet home - as long as there is delicious food and a few sunny spots then that would suit me down to the ground. Throw in lots of love, some play time and companionship, and I'll be in heaven!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Medium, I'd say. I love a good nap and will never say no to pats, but I've been so busy raising my kittens that I have only just started to discover my playful side. I'm sure it will come out more and more as time goes on!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I like hanging out with humans of all ages and sizes. The more love, the better!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'll definitely be happiest as your one and only :) I am a little nervous around other cats, so would prefer to be the only Queen of the Kingdom!
Medical notes
Tala has a mild gingivitis and requires a damp cotton ball being rubbed on her teeth each day. She loves this and treats it like a lovely massage! She may require a teeth cleaning at the vet in the future if the gingivitis stays the same or gets worse.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
