I'm Nala! I am a stunningly beautiful girl who is looking to find my furrrrever home in time to celebrate my 7th birthday! Can you believe it!? I know the lovely kitty carers here in the shelter will throw me a birthday party, and I don't want to offend them, but I'd rather spend it in a home with my new family. Shh, don't tell them I told you that! I still want my special treats and chin rubs!! Being in the shelter is a little bit overwhelming and I have gone into my shell, so I am looking for a family who can allow me to be nothing but me and give me time to come back out of that shell. I can be smoochy, love spending quality time with my humans, and would best suit either a family with older kids (teens) or a senior family. I have never lived with any other animals before, so I don't know how I will get along with others. I am more than happy being the only light of your life anyway! My lovely light features need to be protected by the sun by spending my time inside with you, and this also helps protect the local wildlife because in my past life, I learnt that birds are delicious and they need to be protected from me. Will you be the family who sing me happy birthday in 3 weeks time?
