About Chance
Chance lives up to his name, as coming into rescue truly was his second chance at a good life. Chance was saved from an abusive owner, and was abandoned on a property for weeks alone before a pound intervened and took him into care. He came to us malnourished, scared, and in desperate need of love and medical care.
As you can see from the photos, he has blossomed and despite his hardships is a sweet natured, happy boy who absolutely loves cuddles, people, and playing with his toys. He doesn't get along with other dogs however, so would need to be the only pet in the house and with someone who won't place expectations on him to visit the dog park or be a 'cafe dog'.
Understandably Chance can be wary of meeting new humans until he’s sure they will treat him with kindness, so will thrive in a quieter home with owners who will do gentle introductions. He is great on lead and loves driving in the car.
He would love a homebody who lets him have the option of both inside & outside. He is also crate trained, has an amazing recall and is a great listener.
Chance is:
- Desexed
- Microchipped
- Vaccinated
- Ready to be loved
