About Max
Max is a lovely-natured boy ready to be your best friend.
He is great with other dogs, walks well on a lead, learns quickly, loves the car, is house trained, affectionate and an all-round gorgeous dog.
Max would suit an active household where he has the chance to run and stretch out those long legs. He loves playing with other dogs, chasing balls and generally having fun. He is very respectful of all the dogs he meets, large or small, friendly or not.
Max is very affectionate and enjoys pats and interaction with people. He is not overly needy but likes to be near his humans whenever possible. He would make a great companion for someone who could take him to work.
Max's ideal home will have secure fencing and no cats or pocket pets. Another playful dog would be perfect.
If you are looking for a large package of affection and companionship, contact us about Max. He is staying at Mogo and is available for adoption in NSW and the ACT.
Medical notes
Max had a mast cell tumour removed from his nose in April 2021. There has been no sign of recurrence.

The adoption process involves a phone discussion and completion of an application form. Following a successful meet and greet, there is a trial adoption period of two weeks, during which we will stay in touch and make sure the pet has settled in well.
