Jazzy lives up to her name: she is smooth as silk, tickles your heartstrings, can be a little cheeky (like any kitten her age) and the girl likes to sing.
Jazzy loves people. People mean pats and pats are just the best. She will seek you out, wrap around your legs, sit on your feet, tap your arm and meow at you - anything to get your attention. She will purr as soon as you look at her and if you dare to stop dishing out the scratches she will "meep" at you until you resume. No one can resist the "meep".
Jazzy is a typical kitten of her age and loves to play. She is happy to play independently, with a willing kitty peer or with her people. She's not particular about her toys - they're all great fun and can provide hours of entertainment for all.
Jazzy is growing up alongside a younger kitten and her mother, an adult male cat, a senior dog and a boisterous 2 year old hooman. She responds in the fashion with which she is treated. The male cat was calm, curious and welcoming so Jazzy was very happy to hang out with him right away. The dog minds her own business, so Jazzy does the same. The mother-daughter duo both took a little longer to come around, and Jazzy responded hiss-for-hiss for a few days. But the kittens now chase and wrestle like litter mates and mum is nonchalant for the most part. All it took was a little time and separate safe places and within a week all was well.
Jazzy loves company and would love a home where she can be a welcome part of day to day life. She will share your bed if you let her, watch over you while you shower, and supervises dinner proceedings. But she isn't needy. She understands people need to work in order to treat her to the yummy food to which she has grown accustomed, and that social lives are important if she's ever to hear the freshest gossip. She does have an impressive voice and does not appreciate being contained so a home needs to be prepared to work with her quirks when it comes to safe introductions.
Jazzy is smoochy, cute as a button, playful, funny and friendly. Purrfect really.
