About GG
GG is a bundle of fun, a sweet natured 4-5 year old female Pug/ Pekingese mix this girl is friendly/ cuddly and super active. So best not suited to a home that’s looking for a smaller lap dog.
GG loves to be with her people and would do what as a mostly indoor dog as she does suffer from a bit of a grass allergy.
She is quiet in nature and not known for being barky or anxious. But does need a home committed to ongoing training.
GG doesn’t seem to have experienced much in life so needs some work when it comes to introducing herself to dogs; she’s OVER friendly. Not aggressive or anxious with meeting dogs but she wants to be all up in that business of others. And that includes people too. The closer she can be, the better.
She walks well on leash and is working hard at her inside manners and toilet training but her new family will need to continue this work as we believe she may have been outside a little bit in her life before foster care.
GG would love a home with another dog, one that is tolerant of her over friendly behaviour as well as active and playful as she adores a game of bitey face.
She is best suited to kids who are over the age of 7 as she can be a little bit too full on. And she hasn’t been exposed or assessed to cats/ pocket pets or poultry so we can’t comment on her suitability with these.
Her new home will have secure and safe fencing 5ft and above free from gaps and holes. She might suit rural fencing for the right home and the correct introduction to boundary training.
She must sleep inside with her new family as she loves to be close and cuddly. We won’t be looking for any outside sleeping homes for this little miss.
GG is ready to meet you now.
She isn’t available for interstate adoption. NSW or ACT only.
Rental homes must have written permission and all applications must provide clear photos of the yard and fencing.
GG is located in Blackall’s Park Nsw and her adoption fee is $550. She’s ready to start chatting to her new home now.
Medical notes
GGs eye was removed due to trauma not based on genetic fault.
She does have a front leg with an angle however the vets have confirmed that this was likely a defect at birth and doesn’t show any pain or issues with her movement and actions.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
