About Red
APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR RED.
Red is a 2 year old male Mastiff x (some people are saying he looks like a Dogue de Boreaux, we are not sure). Anyhow, back onto Red, He has been a delight here at SMART HQ since coming in. Hes big and powerful but walks pretty well on a lead, he will pull at times. He adores people and loves to cuddle. Red will jump up but we have found thats only when he is excited. He loves to go for a walk and discover what there is in the world. Red has been social with a large and little dog here at the sanctuary. We really think he will chase a cat if they run. Red will do anything for a pat or food. Red settled in the car after about 10 minutes and travelled well. We would say hes a large medium size dog, but some of you may think hes a large dog.
Red is Vet checked, Temperament tested, De-sexed, Vaccinated, Micro chipped, Wormed and Flea treated.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
