Hello! My name is Rylee, pleased to meet you. I came into care over 4 years ago now, after growing up on the streets with no place to call home. I’m still yet to call somewhere my real “home” and I’m hoping you can change that.

Nature
Despite being in care for so long, I spent the first few years of my foster journey living with many other timid cats, so I haven’t gained as much confident with humans as I would’ve liked. I’m still learning to trust my paw-rents, I will come inside and watch them from afar, I love the comforts of indoor life. I also love soaking in the sun in the cat run, but I quickly come inside as night falls - I think I’m a little scared of the dark!

My Foster Mum can sneak a pat in when I’m distracted with food and other cats are around, but I’ll otherwise greet her with a hiss and a spit if she approaches me. My confidence is really starting to blossom lately, and I think I would come around so quickly once in a home of my own with just patient humans and a confident with humans cat friend! I’ll just need some time and space whilst I adjust.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with a baby, I keep my distance and don’t really interact with her. I could live with another baby as they’re not able to chase me, but I think toddlers and young children would otherwise not be best for me whilst I am still learning to trust my humans, as I can be unpredictable when cornered.

I love other cats, and must have a cat friend in my new home. I wouldn’t be suited to being an only cat.

I live with a small dog and large dog and don’t mind them at all.

Likes / Dislikes
I am great with the kitty litter and eating my yummy food! I especially love cooked chicken and Dine Creamy Treats, mmm, mmm! Oh, I also loveeee to play with anything that moves really.

I will say, that I do hate the vaccum! It really scares me, but that is expected, right?! Maybe in time I will get use to it, but for now I may retreat and come back out when the coast is clear!

My PURR-fect home would be with someone who will give me time to get to know and trust you. Patience is a must as I’m not going to trust you overnight! I’d love an indoor only home or one with a cat run.
