Erika is a sweet, playful and energetic pup, who is looking for a family to call her own.

She enjoys playing with her foster brother, running around in the backyard, and snoozing in the sun. She loves human company, but being only a puppy, She is inclined to prefer bites to cuddles at this stage, so will need a patient family to teach her what is ok for her to chew. She loves tug-of-war and fetch, but when playtime is over she is happy to curl up on her bed and have quiet time.

Toilet training is going well and she uses the doggy door like a pro! She knows how to sit and has learnt to wait for her food until she is told she can eat.

Erika is used to sleeping inside at night and having access to the house at all times, so she can be a complete member of the family. She hasn't been around children, but due to her age is quite bitey so young children would have to be puppy savvy.

Erika would be most suited to a home with active human company during the day, or a very puppy tolerant older dog to teach her the ropes.

A family willing to put in the time to train her to be a well mannered and obedient dog, will receive a lifetime of love and devotion in return. She will need plenty of exercise and stimulation in her new home, so she doesn't become bored and destructive.
